1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using RankerPH, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RankerPH. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use this service.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
4. Premium Plans & Payments
RankerPH offers a free plan and optional paid premium plans (monthly and lifetime). By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to the following:
- Payments are processed via GCash (manual verification) or PayMongo.
- Premium access is granted after payment is verified by our team.
- Pricing is listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and is subject to change with notice.
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Points & Rewards
- Points earned on RankerPH have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points may be earned through practice sessions, daily challenges, and battles.
- Points may be spent in the in-app Point Shop on cosmetic items and powerups.
- We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove points in cases of abuse or system errors.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or the point system.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform's security.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on RankerPH — including questions, explanations, design, and code — is owned by RankerPH or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
RankerPH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that exam questions reflect the most current board exam content. Use the platform as a supplementary study tool, not as the sole basis for exam preparation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, RankerPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
